Judge Joel Worshtil is universally known for his patience, understanding, fairness and practical approach to disputes and their resolution.  After 18 years as a litigator he served as a Family Law Master and Maryland District Court Judge for 22 years.

Judge Worshtil practiced mediation in his law practice, has been certified in civil mediation through the Maryland Judiciary and has resolved numberous disputes as a member of the Judiciary.  For ten years he wrote the Personal Injury Verdicts Report for the Prince George's County Bar Association and arbitrated securities, medical malpractice and human relations cases.

We are a group of experienced and respected retired appellate and trial court judges, attorney adjudicators, a nationally renown and respected neuro-psychologist and sophisticated community mediators with backgrounds as elected and appointed officials who have mediated federal, state, local and community disputes. We offer experience and expertise in specific practice areas as well as advanced skill-based training in the mediation, arbitration, neutral case evaluation, and case management of both simple and complex litigation.
