Mediation and Arbitration services by Lauren Braden, PLLC
Lauren began her mentorship with Earl Denham in 2013, gaining hands-on knowledge of the inner workings of the Chancery Court and sparking her desire to begin her own legal education. Accepted into a highly selective program at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, Lauren has excelled in the first ABA approved hybrid J.D. program. With an early anticipated graduation date of May 2018, Lauren will finish a four-year program in three.
Among her studies, she has elected to obtain certification in mediation and arbitration from Mitchell Hamline’s Dispute Resolution Institute, ranked for the 17th consecutive year as one of the top five dispute resolution programs in the nation by U.S. News and World Report. She is a certified FINRA arbitrator and has had hundreds of hours as a courtroom paralegal in numerous Chancery court cases, ranging from divorce, custody, property dispute, and contract litigation. Lauren has been the lead paralegal in the Singing River Health System litigation, allowing her to stretch her legal writing skills and courtroom experience in Chancery, Circuit, and Federal Court, Mississippi Supreme Court and finally in front of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals this past January.
Lauren, now offering her skill and certification as a local mediator and arbitrator, would like for you to recommend her for your cases that could benefit from neutral dispute resolution. Being a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, she understands our legal community, and looks forward to working with those who may not have the means or desire for full litigation..
