Mr. Noll has been honored as a California Lawyer Attorney of the Year in 2001 and as a Best Lawyers in America Lawyer of the year in 2014. His third book, Elusive Peace: How Modern Diplomatic Strategies Could Better Resolve World Conflicts, was awarded the 2011 Outstanding Book Award by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. He was honored as a Purpose Prize Fellow in 2014 by Encore.org. He is co-founder of the award-winning Prison of Peace project, www.prisonofpeace.org.
As a mediator, Mr. Noll has worked on over 1,500 conflicts, both litigated and non-litigated. Mr. Noll specializes in difficult, complex, and intractable conflicts. He is a former trial lawyer with demonstrated success in complex, difficult or unique cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has a broad range of knowledge and experience, including business, financial, construction, secured transactions, bankruptcy, commercial, agricultural, employment, constitutional law, insurance law and government contracts.
